Booker’s Batch 2026-01 “Big Easy” Pays Homage to New Orleans Flavors

Fred Noe’s first Booker’s batch of 2026 ages 7 years, 2 months, and 15 days at 129.1 proof — $99.99 suggested, with a nod to Booker Noe’s Big Easy Lucky Dogs.

James B. Beam Distilling Co. opened the 2026 Booker’s calendar with Batch 2026-01 “Big Easy” — a Kentucky straight bourbon aged 7 years, 2 months, and 15 days and bottled at 129.1 proof.

Master Distiller Fred Noe pulled liquid from five production dates across warehouses G, H, J, M, and O (floors 3–6). The name tips its hat to flavors Booker Noe chased in New Orleans; Fred framed the batch as a chance to taste what his dad loved about the city’s street-food energy as much as any rickhouse note.

Suggested retail is $99.99. For Booker’s regulars, Big Easy is the first uncut, unfiltered chapter of the year from the Suntory Global Spirits portfolio’s Clermont campus — and a reminder that the small-batch series still treats warehouse geography as part of the story on the label.
