Created by Master Distiller Owen Martin, Cellar Collection Volume 6 represents the next evolution of Angel's Envy's signature finishing philosophy. For the first time in the Cellar Collection series, the whiskey undergoes two distinct finishing stages, a blend of rye whiskeys finished in peach brandy and toasted oak barrels.
