Buffalo Trace Expands Haunted Tours For 2026

Buffalo Trace is bringing back Night at the Distillery, the after-dark Halloween walk it started last year, with more dates, more stops, and more stories for 2026. Guests walk past lit warehouses, trees, pumpkins, and barrels while storytellers draw on distillery records, local folklore, and stories handed down on the grounds. The route takes in voices people say they hear in Warehouse C, the origin of the Buffalo Trace name, and love letters found under the floorboards of the Blanton family home.

The walks run Thursdays through Saturdays on October 8–10, 15–17, 22–24, and 29–31. Guests 21 and older get a neat pour of Eagle Rare 12 Year, a flight of three seasonal cocktails using Buffalo Trace, E.H. Taylor Small Batch, Blanton’s, or Wheatley Vodka, something sweet from the cafe named for John G. Carlisle, and a tote printed for the night. General manager Tyler Adams said the second year was meant to be larger and to put more of the distillery’s whiskey in guests’ hands along the way.
