Ultra-Aged Knob Creek 21 Year Old Returns
Knob Creek is sending a second batch of its 21-year-old bourbon to bars and stores this fall. The whiskey first showed up in 2025 after more than 20 years in wood, and it is bottled at 100 proof, the strength used for most of the Knob Creek lineup. The barrels were chosen one at a time by the master distillers.
A 750ml bottle has a suggested price of $249.99 and will be on shelves only for a limited run. The Whiskey Reviewer figures the batch after this one will not turn up until about this time next year.
